- Alturas to Klamath Falls, OR – Thursdays one round trip through Tulelake, CA
- Alturas to Redding, CA – Tuesdays one round trip connecting with Amtrak, Greyhound, and to some medical facilities.
- Alturas to Reno, NV – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – one round trip each day connecting with Greyhound, Amtrak, and Reno/Tahoe International Airport and to some medical facilities
